What is an AI interview on Spotlytt?
An AI interview is a guided series of questions based on your target role and selected skills, knowledge areas, and tools. You record video answers, review them, and submit them for transcription and AI evaluation. Each answer can take up to two minutes.
How do you get started?
Create a candidate account, select a target role, and choose the competencies you want to demonstrate. You can use a CV to help with onboarding or make your selections manually. Check your camera and microphone before recording your answers.
What do the AI scores mean?
Scores summarize the AI evaluation of a particular answer. They are evidence about that response, rather than a complete assessment of a person. AI can make mistakes, and scores do not guarantee job readiness, employment, or a hiring outcome. Recruiters should review the video evidence and use their own assessment process.
Can you take another interview?
Candidates can take focused interviews on selected profile topics and retake eligible answers. Use the questions to explain your reasoning, describe practical examples, and demonstrate how you would solve a problem.
